Si è svolta ieri sera a Los Angeles la 65esima edizione dei Primetime Emmy Awards, o più semplicemente Emmy Awards.

Durante l’evento sono state premiate le star e le produzioni migliori del panorama televisivo statunitense, anche se le scelte dell’Academy non sono sempre in linea con l’effettivo gradimento dei telespettatori.

“Breaking Bad” si è aggiudicato l’award come miglior serie TV drammatica, un titolo ottenuto dopo tre anni di nominations andate a vuoto. “Non me l’aspettavo”, ha dichiarato il creatore del telefilm Vince Gilligan.

Niente sorprese, invece, per le serie TV comiche: “Modern Family” si è aggiudicato il premio nella sezione commedia per il quarto anno consecutivo.

Per quanto riguarda gli attori i premi principali sono andati Claire Danes per “Homeland” e a Jeff Daniels per “The Newsroom”.
