Lo spettacolo deve andare avanti e la scorsa notte, nonostante la notizia della tragica scomparsa di Kobe Bryant, a Los Angeles sono andati in scena gli annuali Grammy Awards, gli Oscar della musica.

L’evento è stato dominato dal solito sfarzo di sempre e le star della musica hanno calcato il red carpet con i loro look sopra le righe. Paillettes, piume, frange, pellicce e dettagli effetto metal hanno tenuto banco tanto sul tappeto rosso, quanto sul palco scenico che verrà ricordato anche per il grande ritorno di Demi Lovato dopo due anni di silenzio.

Vera star della serata è stata però la giovanissima Billie Eilish che ha sbaragliato la concorrenza aggiudicandosi ben sei grammofani d’oro. Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album (grazie al disco When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?), Song of the year, Best new artist e il premio tecnico Best Engineered Album, questo il suo “bottino” al quale si aggiunge il record di “artista più giovane ad aver vinto il premio di canzone dell’anno”, conquistato ad appena 18 anni e 19 giorni.
